The WRAP Certification Program is based on 12 Principles focusing on compliance with local laws, workplace regulations, universal worker’s rights, the environment, customs compliance, and security.
SA8000 Standard
Developed by Social Accountability International, the SA8000 standard outlines criteria for acceptable business practices that protect the basic human rights of workers.
Quetico Code of Conduct
We have developed our own Code of Conduct for all suppliers with which we conduct business to ensure that all health, safety, and labor practices are held up to the highest standards. Once the supplier has signed the agreement and confirms their compliance with the Code, the supplier is subject to a Social Compliance Certification audit before production orders can be placed.
Our Certifications
Customs-Trade Partners Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) is a voluntary organization to combat terrorism. The Company requires all its factories to enroll with and implement the regulations and guidelines set forth by C-TPAT.
Social Compliance Certification: All factories are subject to a third party Social Compliance Certification audits on an annual basis. The Company utilizes SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company for all social compliance audits.
